What you’ll build The SeniorManager, Solution Experience Strategy leads and scales a high-performing team of Solution Experience Strategists within SAP’s Experience Management (XM) operating model. This role is accountable for translating SAP’s business priorities into connected, outcome-driven digital experiences across SAP.com, SAP Marketplace (Store), and integrated marketing programs.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, this leader ensures that each solution area delivers consistent, high-quality, and conversion-oriented experiences across the full customer journey—from awareness through activation.
As a people manager, this role is critical to scaling SAP’s Experience Management model. By empowering Solution Experience Strategists to operate with clarity, confidence, and accountability, the manager ensures SAP delivers connected, consistent, and high-impact digital experiences across its portfolio. With direct accountability for business impact, including hand‑raiser growth, traffic quality, engagement, and conversion performance.

Elevate experience quality across SAP.com and Marketplace : Ensures consistent, high‑quality, customer‑centric experiences that align to business priorities and drive decision‑making.
Operationalize strategy into execution at scale : Translates strategic priorities into clear plans, prioritization, and delivery across portfolios— with predictable, high‑quality output.
Embed a data‑driven, experimentation‑led culture : Consistently uses analytics, testing, and performance insights to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
Strengthen cross‑functional alignment and decision‑making : Creates clarity in roles, responsibilities, and governance across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams— reducing friction and accelerating execution.
Establish Experience Management as a critical growth driver : Recognized by leadership as a key function in driving digital performance, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
Required
10+ years of experience working on content management system driven website
Experience going through 2 or more content management system migrations
3+ years people management experience
Content management system implementations at other B2B companies
Content management system implementations at media companies
MBA with concentration in Marketing, Business or Information Systems

Compensation Range Transparency SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 168,800- 385,500 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
