We have an exciting new opportunity to hire a Product Manager, Patient Engagement Contractor to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Drive product development for features that enhance patient engagement and retention within our digital therapeutic programs (Daylight, Sleepio and Spark Direct)
Understand patient behavior, motivations, and pain points through data analysis, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities for engagement improvements.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering and design teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, clinical, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize engagement strategies and user experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in patient engagement and digital health.
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in health tech, digital health, or a related field with a focus on patient/user engagement.
Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on engagement-focused products or features.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A passion for improving mental health outcomes through innovative technology.
