Minus33 is a Merino wool apparel brand rooted in New Hampshire textile history and built for real life outside. Founded in 2002 as a division of L.W. Packard (a 5th-generation, family-owned wool fabric manufacturer established in 1916 in Ashland, NH), we bring over a century of wool expertise to modern Merino essentials.

We design high-quality Merino base layers, mid layers, outer layers, and accessories made for comfort, durability, and year‑round performance. We are proud to manufacture our Merino wool socks in the USA at our Ashland headquarters, and we plan to expand U.S. manufacturing into additional Merino accessories in 2026.

Minus33 is a NH manufacturer of Merino wool under‑and outerwear for people who love outdoor activities. Hikers, hunters, skiers, fishermen and adventurers of all types know that wool is naturally the best clothing to keep you safe and warm outdoors. We know wool. We’ve been making woolen textiles here in Ashland NH for 110 years. We design, manufacture and sell a wide variety of premium Merino wool clothing products, including our own line of Merino wool socks that are made right here in our Ashland factory. Wool works! What your work consists of:

Coordinate & support marketing team in a variety of marketing activities, including the development of marketing materials, the creation & scheduling of email campaigns, the creation of website content, asset management, the coordination of product sampling and event preparation.

Collaborate with & support social media team

Collaborate with & support ecommerce team

Collaborate with & support PR team

Coordinate & support consumer/B2B marketing events

Basic product photography and photo editing

Basic videography

The coordinator we’re Looking for is…

A lover of the outdoors!

Open-minded & kind, with a creative personality, and solid project management skills

Moderately experienced with social media content or social media management

Comfortable on-camera, and off, in talking about our clothing Brand.

Strong communication skills - in person, on the phone, through email.

Moderately experienced in marketing, or project management

Able to travel 2-3 time per year to regional & national events

Graphic design skills a PLUS.

Has reliable transportation and is timely and reliable.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or 4 years of combined education and experience in lieu of degree.
