The Global Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of lifestyle brand fragrances, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and strong business impact. This role manages integrated marketing plans, timelines, and budgets to drive successful, high-impact launches. The position reports to the Global Brand Director.

This position is based in office from Mondays‑Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic brand plans and product launches, outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve growth goals.

Partner with Director to create key presentations for global marketing meetings and seasonal brand pitches.

Collaborate with internal teams, fragrance houses, designers, and external agencies to bring new projects to life.

Lead the development of 360° marketing strategies for product launches.

Create marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with global needs each season.

Align with Operations to develop, order, and execute seasonal items and with Global Sales to gather forecasts and manage budgets.

Manages legal requests for product naming and acts as a liaison between Creative and Regulatory teams to ensure artwork compliance for new products.

Oversees the conception‑to‑market process, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious product launches, including concept presentations, competitive analysis, forecast rationale, and consumer research.

Monitors global market trends, competitive landscape, influencer activities, and digital initiatives to maintain a comprehensive industry perspective.

Delivers seminar presentations, marketing books, product comps and sell sheets on time for each season.

Tracks and manages the licensor approval process alongside the VP, ensuring deadlines and timelines are met.

Oversees cross‑functional pre‑production sample development, ensuring on‑time delivery each season.

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

4+ years of marketing experience, in the prestige cosmetics/fragrance industry

Required Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on the quality of work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with best‑in‑class power‑point deck presentation skills for content and design.

Able to think strategically and creatively, conceptualize and implement new ideas.

Proactive problem‑solving skills.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross‑functional teams.

An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for fragrances.

The salary range for this position is

$90,000-$120,000 annually , commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
