Job Description The Texas A&M School of Law is seeking a detail‑oriented Instructional Designer
who is committed to advancing high‑quality legal education. In this role, you will partner with faculty to develop and refine blended and online courses, applying sound instructional design principles and leveraging modern classroom technologies. You will also utilize data‑driven tools to support course development and ensure that learning experiences are both rigorous and engaging for our students. What You Need To Know Salary: $50,000 - $53,000 annually

Essential Duties/Tasks Training
Trains users on Canvas and other technology and equipment.
Conducts or assists with training workshops and seminars on use of course management technology.
Develops and updates tutorials and online resources.
Faculty Support
Designs and creates instructional web pages for faculty and others.
Assists and supports faculty and others in the development of web-based courses utilizing instructional technologies.
Instructional Design
Advises on course management and assist instructional designer on course development, integration of media into curricula, and accessibility requirements.
Assists in the design and implementation of technology assessments.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
No prior experience required.
A Well-Qualified Candidate Will Also Possess:
Four years of related experience with Instructional Design and Learning Management System.
Experience working in higher education setting.
Knowledge of instructional technology support in higher education.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Knowledge of a variety of learning management systems.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure understanding.
