About the Role We’re hiring a Creator & Community Experiences Manager to build and scale experiential marketing as a core growth channel.
This role goes beyond traditional event planning. You will design and execute creator-first experiences that generate high-quality content, drive brand awareness, and increase product adoption.
You’ll sit at the intersection of experiential, influencer, and content, owning activations from concept through execution and ensuring each experience translates into measurable marketing impact.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end execution of experiential programs including creator events, influencer trips, brand activations, and community gatherings
Design immersive, content-first experiences that encourage organic storytelling and social distribution
Partner with influencer, social, PR, and creative teams to align experiences with broader marketing campaigns
Develop creator programming that enables authentic product usage and integration into content
Plan and oversee content capture opportunities during events (filming moments, creator interactions, branded environments)
Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, partners, and vendors
Evaluate performance post-event, measuring content output, reach, engagement, and impact on product adoption
Continuously refine and scale experiential strategy based on insights and results
What They’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, influencer marketing, or event production
Proven experience executing high-impact brand activations, creator events, or experiential campaigns
Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and what drives shareable content
Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent in a brand or agency setting
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail and execution
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and logistics end-to-end
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, creative, and external partners
A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand experience
