Key Responsibilities
Own an area of the business (Ex. Hospitality, Kitchen, Talent)
Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Support and hold team members accountable for Operational Excellence and exceptional service
Train and motivate new hires, set positive shift tones, and act as a role model
Open and close shifts, manage cash drawers, and finalize daily sales
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to meet and exceed goals
Qualifications & Requirements
Passion for serving others with a friendly smile and enthusiastic communication
Strong people skills and ability to build emotional connections with guests
Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced setting
Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and superior customer service
