THE JOB C3 Presents is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead results‑driven digital campaigns that drive ticket sales across our Casino Venues division. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and fan engagement – owning campaign strategy, optimization, and team leadership.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, artist teams, and clients to develop and scale campaigns across paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, comfortable interpreting performance data while shaping compelling messaging, creative direction, and audience strategy, while also guiding and developing team members.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging channels
Build and execute full‑funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention) aligned to on‑sales, announcements, and tour marketing timelines
Leverage first‑party data (CRM, pixel data, audience lists) to improve targeting and performance in a privacy‑first environment
Partner with internal teams to ensure digital efforts align with broader marketing plans
Performance & Optimization
Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, and optimization to hit KPIs (ROAS, CPA, ticket conversions)
Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
Lead A/B testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance across shows and budgets
Data, Tracking & Tools
Implement and maintain tracking across platforms (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structure, GA4, etc.)
Ensure accurate attribution and reporting across channels
Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and evolving measurement strategies
Creative & Content Collaboration
Partner with creative designers and marketing teams to develop high‑performing assets (ad copy, video, static, etc.)
Provide data‑informed direction based on performance insights and platform best practices
Contribute to messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign execution and best practices
Review work, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development
Foster a collaborative, performance‑team environment
Help prioritize team workload and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing directors, clients, and artist teams to align on campaign goals and priorities
Support internal communication, campaign recaps, and strategic planning
Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the division
Perform other duties, projects, and event support as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3-5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media, preferably within live events, entertainment, ticketing, or a fast‑paced consumer business
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and/or programmatic channels
Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing strategy—from audience development and awareness through conversion and retargeting—with the ability to align campaigns to key on‑sale moments and business goals
Strong understanding of modern tracking, attribution, and audience targeting, including GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversion API, UTMs, and leveraging first‑party data (CRM, customer audiences, website behavior) in a privacy‑first environment
Experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to lead projects and provide clear direction
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, build reports or dashboards, and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of creative best practices across digital platforms, with experience guiding messaging, ad formats, testing strategies, and collaborating with creative teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present campaign strategy, performance, and insights clearly and confidently to internal teams and external partners
Experience working with ticketing platforms, on‑sale marketing cycles, or event‑based campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation, CDPs, audience segmentation tools, or emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance campaign execution and efficiency
Basic knowledge of HTML, tagging, or web tracking implementations
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
