Pay Rate: $22-24/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 9-5 (1hr lunch)
Assignment Duration: 1 year
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances Reporting to a property manager | The Hiring Manager is looking for a candidate who is either based in the local area or has the ability to commute reliably to the Brookfield location.
Resource's Typical Working Day
Answering tenant calls: Serving as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests.
Entering work orders: Logging and tracking service requests for engineering and security teams via email and internal systems.
Managing purchase orders: Utilizing the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) platform to create and process purchase orders as needed.
Administrative support: Providing day-to-day assistance to the Property Manager, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Filing and documentation: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and compliance.
Other administrative duties: Supporting general office operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

Education: GED/HS
