Leasing
Conduct tours and effectively showcase available office space to prospective members
Manage and track leads in Yardi Kube, ensuring timely follow-up and strong conversion
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and website chat
Support leasing efforts through creative outreach, promotions, and community engagement
Onboard new members and ensure a smooth move-in and billing setup
Property Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure spaces are clean, functional, and well-maintained
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors as needed
Manage access control and member credentials
Maintain inventory and ensure shared spaces are fully stocked and operational
Support conference room scheduling and overall space logistics
Community Management
Plan and host monthly member events to foster connection and engagement
Build relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service
Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance the member experience
Continuously gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the space
