Delivery Driver / Route Sales Representative
Frito‑Lay is seeking delivery drivers to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito‑Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.
Responsibilities
Operate a company delivery truck and deliver products to stores.
Unload and stock shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness.
Build promotional displays and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are stocked according to merchandising standards.
Compensation This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commonly $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.
Requirements
Safely operate a delivery truck and follow DOT regulations when applicable.
Load and unload product, and meet delivery and stocking deadlines.
Follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
