* Drive new vehicle sales performance through disciplined execution of sales strategy, KPI management, and daily accountability * Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently perform at elite levels * Structure and desk deals with precision, maximizing profitability while preserving customer satisfaction and brand integrity * Analyze market trends, inventory performance, and competitive positioning to inform pricing and merchandising strategies * Deliver a seamless, elevated client experience from initial engagement through delivery * Partner cross-functionally with F&I, service, and marketing to optimize the full customer lifecycle * Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier sales talent aligned with a high-performance culture
