Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Producer
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Producer is responsible for the successful production, management, and deployment of customer-facing email and SMS campaigns. This role will work closely with internal programs, copy editors, design team members, data analysts and other members of the marketing automation team to ensure communications are deployed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. Maintain and update email and SMS templates to ensure brand consistency. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
