 About the Opportunity

Skyworks LLC is looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Fort Myers territory. If you’re hungry to build a book of business, love being out in the field, and want a career with uncapped earnings potential, we want to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role: you’ll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting job sites and meeting customers, but you’ll also be expected to report regularly to our Fort Myers, FL office — your “home base” — for meetings, team collaboration, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities

      •     Develop and grow new customer relationships in the construction industry

      •     Visit job sites daily to prospect new business and support existing accounts

      •     Educate contractors, supers, and PMs on rental solutions that improve efficiency

      •     Follow up on leads, create quotes, and close rental agreements

      •     Track activity and pipeline

      •     Represent Skyworks with integrity, urgency, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

      •     Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals

      •     Highly motivated and results-driven — someone who wants to win

      •     Ability to work independently and manage your territory like your own business

      •     Comfortable walking job sites and engaging with field-level decision makers

      •     Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales preferred
