We are seeking a Facilities Operations Director who is inspired by this mission and eager to ensure that our shared physical spaces are safe, welcoming, compliant, and aligned with long-term institutional goals.This is an opportunity to lead facilities and shared services in a way that directly supports educational equity, organizational sustainability, and community impact. Key highlights:Oversee a diverse 5‑building, 1M‑sq‑ft campus serving 700+ students and community members daily.Lead the Facilities Operations Manager (oversees the Custodial team) and 2 maintenance technicians, plus contracted service partners.Manage an operating budget of $1M and direct multiple capital projects annually.This role is ideal for a systems builder, someone eager to elevate preventive maintenance, vendor management, and capital planning practices across a multi-tenant campus.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for directing all campus facilities operations and shared support functions for UVLF and CRJHS.
