Commercial Superintendent

Minimum Requirements: * At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required * Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and jobsite safety * Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to completion * Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule * Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce safety protocols * Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project schedules * Communicate progress and issues with project management If you are a dependable construction professional who takes pride in delivering quality projects, we would love to hear from you.
