Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends. Oversee and review tax returns, depreciation schedules, and Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events. Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA or JD/LLM required. 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting. Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
