Job Title: Credit Union Teller
Location: Heath, Ohio (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Credit Union Teller to join our team in Heath, Ohio. This role is responsible for delivering excellent member service while accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining cash drawer integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Handle cash and checks with a high degree of accuracy
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Assist members with account inquiries and provide basic account information
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service in all interactions
• Navigate internal systems to complete transactions and update account details

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor
• Prior cash handling experience (e.g., retail cashier, restaurant, or similar role)
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial services or banking
• Experience with check scanning or deposit capture systems
