Senior Product Designer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team full-time in Poland. About the role As a Senior Product Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our client is a leading UK-based IT solutions provider and a premier software licensing reseller with over 30 years of experience. As a top-tier partner for major global technology vendors (including Microsoft, Adobe, and VMware), they specialize in cloud services, software asset management (SAM), and security for both corporate and public sector organizations. Responsibilities Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for B2C & B2B SaaS products, as well as mobile applications Take ownership: Feel and act as a co-owner of the project. Take initiative and go beyond the surface to ensure the product's success Discovery & Research: Gather data, analyze, and consult. You will own the Discovery phase, conduct user research, and understand the "why" behind every problem Produce Design Artifacts: Shape your knowledge into screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes UI Visualization: Create clean, appealing designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Communicate & Collaborate: Advocate for user-centric solutions in cross-functional teams.
