Charta is changing that. We’re building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up. About the Role We are hiring an architect, not an operator. As a Product Marketer at Charta, you function as the “GTM GM” for your business verticals. This is a true 0-to-1 role: you’ll define our personas through direct customer discovery and invent the GTM processes that will scale with us for years to come. Serving as the strategic bridge between Sales and Product, you will be judged not by the assets you create, but by your ability to turn complex AI capabilities into a high‑velocity revenue machine. What you’ll do: Architect the vertical strategy: Own the end‑to‑end GTM strategy for your business verticals. You'll define the ICP, nail the positioning, and execute the initial launches that prove our market fit. Define the narrative: We translate complex AI capabilities into “must‑have” ROI for healthcare C‑suites. You will build the first generation of our messaging pillars, sales decks, and battle cards. You'll set the standard for how Charta shows up in the world. Establish the sales playbook: You'll embed with our sales and forward‑deployed teams, listening to Gong calls to identify where the friction lies. You’re not just making one pagers; you’re building the intellectual infrastructure that unblocks deals and scales our win rate. Build content that converts: Develop a strategic content roadmap that moves healthcare decision‑makers through the buyer journey, from educational thought leadership to product‑specific conversion assets. You'll deeply understand the customer to capture proof points, case studies, and ROI narratives that fuel pipeline and expansion. You may be a good fit if you: Have 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company. Have a strong background partnering with sales teams. You understand how deals are won and lost, and you build materials that change outcomes. Are an exceptional storyteller, skilled at distilling complexity into compelling narratives for diverse personas from practitioners to the C‑suite. Have deep sales enablement experience: you’ve built the decks, scripts, battle cards, and tools that sales teams actually use and that actually win deals. Possess a deep curiosity about healthcare, with the ability to quickly learn complex domains like revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance. Have a strategic mindset paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically. Even better if you: Have prior direct sales experience to give you an edge in building enablement that actually moves the needle. Have prior experience at an early‑stage startup. Have experience selling to complex and technical buying committees. What we offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance. Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best. Growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, innovative tech startup. Ongoing professional development and access to cutting‑edge AI and healthcare tools. Lively in‑person work culture at our SF Headquarters. $150,000 - $175,000 USD base + bonus + equity + benefits. Please note that candidates must currently be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without additional visa sponsorship by the employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
