Excel Truck Group ,a growing East Coast heavy truck dealership, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Roanoke, VA team. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating the communications output within our company. Creates and delivers emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create compelling, aesthetic, and on-brand content for our digital and traditional marketing channels.
Distribute promotional content across multiple channels, including social media, flyers, internal TVs, and more.
Manage our social media channels through posts, engagement, community building, and responding to customer concerns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create and manage Facebook Ads via Facebook Business Manager/Meta Business Suite.
Manage Voice of the Customer (survey) projects and initiatives.
Analyze available data/insights tools to maximize marketing budget, make recommendationstoleadership, andoptimizeexisting marketing campaigns.
Create, manage, and update all company communications to our employees that are displayed on our employee portal. Maximize ourleadership’smessage and support our management’s ability to communicate on our various applications.
Review, edit, and update our company’s website in collaboration with managers and our website vendor partners. Maximize our marketing approach for Sales,Recruitmentand Company recognition.
Research media coverage and industry trends. Develop fresh social media content.
Prepare agendas and conduct research to support the organization.
Build materials for trade shows and hiring events, as well as internal company wide events.
Manage and update our mobile app.
Support our organization’s reputation management (ie. Google reviews, Facebook reviews, and so on).
Write and take employee photos for our organization’s internal quarterly newsletter.
Shoot and edit videos for our website, social media, and more.
Support leadership by creating high-level projects like speeches, press releases, presentations, and more.
Additionalduties as assigned to support our company in multiple capacities. This role supports all locations across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and some travel isrequired.
