Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Director to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen the marketing function across all business units. This role manages day-to-day marketing execution and ensures that projects, campaigns, and roadmap are completed with accuracy, consistency, and drive demand‑generation results.
Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design‑build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in‑house. Its technology division is responsible for industry‑leading cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service platforms.
Job Role: The Marketing Director plays a key role in coordinating marketing efforts across Innovative and its affiliated brands. This includes website management, digital marketing, content development, sales enablement, tradeshows, and brand experience. The role requires someone who can organize work, communicate clearly, manage multiple timelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Ownership of GTM strategy and marketing roadmap for Innovative's core engineering, construction, and aftermarket industrial refrigeration business as well as its enterprise B2B SaaS products, including website properties, search and social paid ad campaigns, reviews and case studies, audience, sales and print collateral, tradeshow presence, and social media.
Create a thought leadership content engine for Innovative and its subsidiary SaaS services (blogs, case studies, testimonials, videos).
Lead marketing strategy including messaging, paid campaigns, inbound demand‑gen, print media, web media, and partner co‑marketing, across multiple channels.
Develop and maintain marketing stack (analytics, automation, CRM) and manage agencies, contractors, and employees as needed - quantifying the overall marketing impact.
Own logistics and strategy for multi‑industry tradeshows and customer or partner events, maximizing Innovative's visibility.
Collaborate with Product and Sales, sharing competitive and industry insights, market trends, pricing, and delivering sales enablement materials.
Requirements: Three to five years of experience in marketing, digital, content, or design roles.
Experience delivering complex marketing projects from planning through execution.
Prior experience in managing complex web properties and CMS systems such as Webflow.
Proven ability in developing GTM messaging for technical products.
Experience coordinating creative vendors and contractors.
Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as needed.
Preferences: Prior experience managing inbound‑marketing and demand‑gen for SaaS products.
Familiarity with video production for website design assets and social media.
Background in industrial, technical, software‑as‑a‑service, or construction‑related industries.
Experience managing a multi‑brand marketing environment.
