Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms to engage B2B audiences and support business growth.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role in content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization , helping expand the reach of ABG’s brands across wholesale and trade channels.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage social media and email content calendars
Create and publish engaging, on-brand content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, email)
Execute digital campaigns targeting B2B audiences including wholesalers, contractors, and trade professionals
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaign goals
Support A/B testing, campaign optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or email campaigns
Strong writing and content development skills tailored to different audiences
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Interest in B2B marketing and trade-focused audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or wholesale industries
Exposure to content strategy, campaign planning, or digital analytics
