
Meta Paid Media Specialist — Growth & Optimization

HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a Meta Media Buyer to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across multiple fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brands.
While overall strategy is set by senior leadership and the ad manager, this role plays a critical part in media buying execution —ensuring campaigns are properly built, launched, monitored, and iterated based on performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to translate creative into high-performing paid campaigns , manage in-platform execution within Meta Ads Manager, and support ongoing optimization through strong organization, testing, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Campaign Execution
Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Execute campaign structure based on provided strategy (campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting, budgets, placements)
Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper delivery, pacing, and performance
Perform in-platform updates including budget adjustments, creative swaps, audience changes, and scaling support
Ensure campaigns are launched on time, error-free, and aligned with performance goals
Maintain clean and organized ad accounts, including naming conventions, tracking, and campaign structure
Assist with A/B testing execution across creatives, audiences, and formats
Creative & Performance Alignment
Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure assets are built for paid performance
Upload, QA, and manage all creative assets within Meta Ads Manager
Identify top-performing creatives and support ongoing iteration and testing
Ensure high-performing ads are refreshed, duplicated, and scaled appropriately
Support creative feedback loops based on campaign performance
Paid Media Operations & Workflow
Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to align creative production with campaign timelines
Track campaign assets, versions, and performance across multiple brands
Ensure smooth handoff between strategy, creative, and media buying execution
Maintain organization across campaigns, assets, and reporting trackers
Performance Monitoring & Optimization Support
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag any issues or opportunities
Assist in identifying trends across campaigns, creatives, and audiences
Support ongoing optimization efforts by implementing changes directed by the ad manager
Help surface insights on what’s working to inform future campaign execution
Qualifications
Required
2–4+ years of experience in media buying, paid social, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience within Meta Ads Manager (campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting)
Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals (targeting, budgets, bidding, creative testing)
Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong execution and organizational skills
Ability to interpret performance data and take action within campaigns
Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
Preferred
Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or multi-channel paid media
Background in health & wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brands
Familiarity with UGC and performance creative workflows
Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, Monday.com, or similar project management systems

Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
Placement within the range is based on experience with media buying, paid media execution, and performance optimization
