
B2B Marketing Coordinator: Content, Social & Campaigns

As a trusted advisor in digital transformation, we’re expanding our team and seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing function across both Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence®.
The Role
The Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role in executing day-to-day marketing activities that support brand visibility, pipeline growth, and sales enablement.
This position is responsible for managing social media content, HubSpot marketing campaigns, blog content, branded design templates, and a broad range of content creation initiatives that support Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence®.

Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, write, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence®
Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, industry events, and company news
Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve reach and audience growth
Stay current on B2B social media trends, particularly within the enterprise IT and technology space
HubSpot Marketing Campaigns
Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including newsletters, product announcements, event invitations, and lead nurture sequences
Develop audience segments and personalization strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
Maintain list hygiene and ensure CRM data quality within HubSpot
Content Writing & Development
Partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to understand messaging priorities and translate them into compelling visual content
Support the development of a wide range of marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, event materials, landing page copy, and internal communications
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and sales to develop technically accurate, engaging content
Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email snippets, and other short-form assets
Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
Graphic Design & Brand Management
Design and maintain branded templates for use across sales, executive presentations, and marketing campaigns
Design and maintain sales enablement assets including one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch decks, and competitive leave-behinds
Ensure all templates and materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the consultative, professional tone of the Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence® brands
Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure version control across marketing materials
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of content creation, email marketing, and social media
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences, channels, and brands
Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign creation, contact management, and performance reporting
Strong graphic design skills with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to build clean, branded presentation templates
Experience managing a social media content calendar in a professional B2B environment
Preferred:
HubSpot Marketing Certification or equivalent platform credential
Familiarity with B2B technology marketing, enterprise IT solutions, or SaaS platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset across all deliverables
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership
Experience supporting a product brand or dual-brand marketing environment is a plus
