Accountabilities Own positioning & messaging: define the 'why us' and maintain consistency across various platforms. Be the voice of the customer: conduct interviews and gather insights to identify conversion drivers. Lead product launches and align teams through clear success metrics. Deliver impactful internal and external communication assets. Define and track key performance indicators using data and AI to enhance message testing. Requirements 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a focus on positioning and launches. Strong customer insight skills from various research methodologies. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans. Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences. Demonstrated impact on customer acquisition and retention in a previous role. Ability to utilize analytics for prioritization and measuring success. Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with AI tools for research and content development. Benefits Base pay range: $140,000 – $170,000 annually.
