Commercial Insurance Associate Account Manager - Remote (MD/VA)

Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager Seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join a team. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial lines operations, ensuring exceptional service to the clients. Compensation Package Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered Remote Work: Fully remote position Responsibilities Process change requests, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, auto ID cards, evidence of property insurance, and other insurance documents. Handle billing and invoicing tasks. Prepare premium finance agreements. Check and process renewal policies. Serve as a backup for the front desk, including answering phones and distributing mail/email. Quote new and renewal accounts online. Provide exceptional support for general business accounts with premiums under $25,000, specializing in janitorial risk on a nationwide basis. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent insurance agency, preferably in a Commercial Lines role. Candidates with prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Associate Account Manager are highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
