Build and run the engine behind modern marketing. We’re seeking a hands-on MarTech Lead to own and optimize our full marketing technology ecosystem—ensuring campaigns launch seamlessly, systems perform reliably, and Marketing is never blocked by technology. This is a true builder role. Success is defined by what gets shipped, improved, and kept running—without disruption. Hybrid work schedule, Monday - Thursday onsite and Friday remote. Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 / annually. What You’ll Do Own & Optimize the MarTech Stack Own performance, reliability, and scalability of all marketing systems (CMS, dialer, tracking, lead delivery). Ensure zero marketing downtime through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive issue resolution. Manage integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms. Translate marketing needs into practical, executable solutions. Website & Front-End Execution Build and maintain website and landing page experiences (Next.js, React, CMS). Optimize UX, conversion paths, forms, tracking, and SEO fundamentals. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues. Marketing Automation & Lifecycle (Marketo) Build and optimize email campaigns, templates, and lifecycle programs. Implement automation, personalization, and scalable frameworks. Ensure programs are compliant, reusable, and performance-driven. Dialer & Lead Flow Ownership (NICE / Salesforce) Own dialer configuration, access, and uptime—no disruption to lead-to-call execution. Manage campaign and purchased lead uploads into Salesforce. Enforce change control, documentation, and access governance. Execute SMS campaigns with segmentation, triggers, and personalization. Align messaging across email, SMS, and web experiences. Ensure compliance and performance tracking. Implement and optimize review-generation workflows. Improve timing, participation, and overall quality of customer feedback. Cross-Functional Execution Partner with Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Tech to deliver solutions. Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly—without unnecessary escalation. Support QA, testing, and post-launch optimization. What Success Looks Like Campaigns launch quickly and reliably Systems are stable, scalable, and trusted Customer journeys feel seamless across channels More gets built, less breaks, and marketing moves faster What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years in MarTech, digital marketing ops, or similar hands‑on role Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform Experience with CMS/front-end development (Next.js, React preferred) Experience with APIs and integrations (.NET preferred) Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive or similar) Strong problem‑solving skills with a bias for execution Preferred Salesforce or CRM integrations Azure DevOps or cloud environments Analytics, attribution, and performance tracking Experience in fast‑paced, growth environments Why This Role Matters This role eliminates friction by putting ownership and execution in one place.
