Role Description This is a full-time, remote position located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Thw POLTICAL Communications Specialist will craft and distribute press releases, curate strategic communication plans, manage internal communication strategies, and assist in drafting and reviewing written content for an individual who is running for CONGRESS. This role will engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and support organizational goals through effective media and public relations efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication, Internal Communications, and stakeholder management Strong skills in crafting Press Releases and Writing with an attention to detail Experience in developing and executing Strategic Communications plans Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field Experience in public relations or communications roles is preferred Must have atring ties to political journalists/reporters and outlets #J-18808-Ljbffr
