Overview
The Marketing Operations & Programs Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and measurement of VectorUSA’s marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute campaigns, manage the marketing calendar, support sales‑aligned initiatives, and assist with reporting. This is a hands‑on role focused on turning ideas into execution while ensuring marketing efforts are organized, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns, Promotions & Execution
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
Help build and maintain a shared marketing calendar
Translate approved plans into timelines, assets, and deliverables
Create marketing materials such as flyers, one‑pagers, and campaign copy (Canva or Adobe)
Coordinate logistics, deadlines, and approvals to keep campaigns on track
Marketing Operations & Coordination
Manage marketing task intake and coordination
Process POs, invoices, and recurring administrative requests
Support event and conference execution logistics
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams as needed
Reporting Support & Measurement
Track campaign, event, and promotional activity
Collect and organize performance data (campaign activity, events, partner initiatives)
Maintain reporting templates and dashboards
Support the Marketing Manager by preparing data and summaries for monthly and quarterly reports
Assist with proof‑of‑performance documentation for partner and MDF activities
Sales & Partner Alignment (Support Role)
Support marketing initiatives aligned to sales priorities
Assist with execution of sales‑driven marketing requests
Coordinate deliverables that support partner and manufacturer initiatives
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on MDF‑supported activities
Qualifications & Experience
Required / Preferred Experience
25 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or program coordination
Experience supporting campaigns, events, or partner initiatives
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Equivalent hands‑on experience considered in lieu of formal education
Skills & Tools
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable creating assets and copy using tools like Canva and Adobe
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot (CRM, email, analytics tools) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
