We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (Events & Campaigns)
The Institute for AI is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and execute campaigns that drive delegate acquisition, engagement, and event growth.
This is a performance marketing role, not just brand marketing. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns across HubSpot and LinkedIn to drive real, measurable results.
This role requires deep experience with:
HubSpot (email workflows, segmentation, automation, reporting)
LinkedIn (organic + paid campaigns, targeting, performance optimization)
What you’ll own:
End‑to‑end campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
Building and managing audience segments and targeting strategies
Writing and deploying high‑converting emails, landing pages, and ads
Optimizing campaigns based on performance data and conversion metrics
Reporting on campaign results and continuously improving ROI
Working closely with sales, content, and events teams to align messaging and strategy
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience running campaigns in HubSpot (non‑negotiable)
Strong experience with LinkedIn marketing (organic + paid)
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize quickly
Experience in B2B events, media, or lead generation is a major plus
Highly execution‑focused with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
