Overview The Marketing Intern will support Brightstar Lottery’s marketing team by assisting with data-driven marketing initiatives, content development, and campaign support. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, analytics, and cross functional collaboration while contributing to real projects that support our lottery partners and internal teams. This internship is ideal for a student interested in marketing, communications, analytics, or business who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing and performance data to support marketing strategies Support the development of internal and external marketing materials, presentations, and reports Contribute to content creation efforts, including digital assets, communications, and training materials Help maintain and update marketing documentation, schedules, and project trackers Assist with the development and enhancement of internal and external training content, including materials hosted on the retailer web portal Conduct research on marketing trends, best practices, and competitive activity within the lottery and gaming space Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Design, Data Analytics, and Product teams Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis (Excel experience is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Interest in marketing strategy, data driven decision making, and digital content Success Profile Leading Complexity Leading People Leading the Business Leading Self #LI-BK1 #LI-HYBRID At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14 – $20. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
