**Marketing Programs & Communications Specialist** to lead the development of a comprehensive experiential marketing and internal communications strategy for Rental and Used (R&U). We’re seeking a highly organized and detail oriented In this role, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative event driven marketing initiatives while building a full communication plan and execution framework for the Marketing, CX, and Digital teams. Your work will support both internal audiences and the Cat dealer network.In Caterpillar Rental and Used, our mission is to help the Cat dealer network deliver customer rental solutions and profitably grow dealer rental revenue, customers, and coverage.
