Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Martinsburg, WV, for a Design Consultant/Kitchen/Bath Remodeling Salesperson. The position involves consulting with customers to create tailored kitchen and bath designs, presenting and selling countertop and remodeling solutions, and guiding clients through the design and selection process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, building client relationships, collaborating with the fabrication and installation teams, and meeting sales goals. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations Experience or knowledge in Interior Design, with a focus on kitchen and bath remodeling Familiarity with Furniture and Furnishings, including materials such as granite, marble, quartz, and other natural stones Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Martinsburg, WV Previous experience in sales or design-related roles is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
