Synsus Private Label Partners is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, elevate our products and technologies, and support commercial growth across our three business units: Consumer Lawn & Garden, Turf & Ornamental, and Specialty Agriculture . This is a highly collaborative role partnering with Commercial, Innovation, Strategy, and Product Development teams to bring go‑to‑market initiatives to life and expand Synsus’ industry presence. What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Lead campaigns supporting corporate branding, product launches, and new technologies Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing channels and materials Digital Marketing & Communications Oversee and grow Synsus’ digital presence, including website and social platforms Monitor website performance and drive content and functionality improvements Write and distribute press releases and manage external communications Partner with Business Unit Directors and commercial teams on divisional marketing needs Create sales collateral, presentations, and company literature Support customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events Product & Customer Marketing Collaborate with Innovation, Strategy, and Product Development teams to promote new offerings Support customer‑facing materials such as labels and product content Serve as a marketing resource to customers on product positioning Market Research, Analytics & Project Management Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities Track campaign performance and prepare effectiveness reports Manage marketing budgets, vendors, timelines, and deliverables What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (B2B, manufacturing, or agriculture preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical, creative, and problem‑solving mindset Experience with digital marketing, social media, and digital advertising Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events At Synsus, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple business units, work closely with senior commercial leadership, and help shape how our brands and innovations are brought to market.
