Account Manager / Recruiter

What You'll Do As a Client Manager , you'll be the go-to person for our clients—keeping them happy, engaged, and supported while identifying ways to grow each relationship. You’ll also play a key role in talent coordination, safety initiatives, and supporting our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Partner with recruiters to deliver the right talent Present candidates and provide hiring support Monitor KPIs and client satisfaction Conduct safety walkthroughs and support WC claims Jump in to help with recruiting and onboarding when needed Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of success in account management or client service Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A drive to hit revenue and margin goals Bonus Points For Degree in business or related field Experience in staffing/recruiting Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS, and CRM systems $50,000–$60,000 base + Incentive pay Refuel & Refresh- Flexible PTO – because balance matters 401(k) with employer match Career growth and training opportunities A team that values your ideas and energy About Selectemp At Selectemp , we match talented people with meaningful work across Oregon—and we’ve been doing it well enough to win awards.
