Sales & Marketing Professional – High Commission / Growth Role I am looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Pro to partner with Ronin Construction and our specialized division, Staywell Home Modifi Responsibilities The Role Direct Outreach: Door-to-door (D2D) and localized lead generation. Strategic Marketing: Managing local advertising and social media campaigns. Sales & Closing: Turning leads into signed contracts and managing those client relationships. Setup This is a performance-based, partnered role. You aren't an employee; you are a professional collaborator. You will earn a significant, industry-leading commission on every project you bring in. If you are a high-performer, your earning potential is significantly higher than a standard salary. What I’m Looking For A "hunter" mentality—someone comfortable with D2D and networking. Professionalism and integrity (we are working in people's homes). Self-managed and highly organized. Experience in construction sales is a plus, but a proven track record in closing is the priority.
