TikTok Specialist/Content Creator

We're excited to expand our team with a TikTok Specialist & Content Creator who will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through engaging, trend-forward content. This role will own TikTok strategy and execution while also supporting in-house creative production-filming, editing, and occasionally stepping in front of the camera. Responsibilities Own and execute Cozy Earth's TikTok content strategy, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness Create, film, and edit short-form video content aligned with brand voice and current trends Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and platform updates, quickly translating them into relevant content Develop and evolve core content pillars (e.g., Bed Rot and other branded series), turning them into repeatable, high-performing content formats Collaborate with marketing, growth creative, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life on TikTok Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights and data Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera to help create authentic, relatable content Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Proven experience managing or growing a TikTok account (personal or brand) Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and best practices Experience creating short-form video content from concept to execution Comfortable filming, editing, and using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar Creative storyteller with a strong eye for content that performs Highly collaborative with strong communication skills Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience with a DTC or eCommerce brand is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you healthy. 401K plan to secure your financial future.
