Overview
We are building a high-performance team focused on sales, marketing, and deal flow generation across multiple business lines. This role is designed for someone who understands how to use data, automation, and AI to drive real outcomes.
You will not be observing. You will be building, testing, and executing systems that directly impact pipeline, outreach, and revenue opportunities.
What You Will Do
Build and manage lead generation pipelines
Conduct data scraping and enrichment to identify target audiences
Develop audience matching strategies for outreach and campaigns
Execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, CRM systems)
Assist in building AI-driven workflows and automations
Support social media growth and content distribution strategies
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with team members on system builds and execution
Preferred Skills
Experience with data scraping tools or methods
Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong understanding of lead generation and outbound sales
Social media strategy and execution experience
Comfort using AI tools for automation, content, and workflows
Ability to organize and manage data effectively
Clear, concise communication
