ChiroUp is hiring a Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline and accelerate our growth. Our team is looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, and moving prospects through the sales process. If you’re energized by conversation, quick to take action, and comfortable both prospecting and closing the gap on warm interest, we’d love to connect.
This role blends business development with real-world engagement. You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound efforts, working high-intent leads from our pipeline, and representing ChiroUp at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting
Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, consistently creating new opportunities
Work and convert hot leads from marketing campaigns and inbound interest
Follow up quickly and persistently with high-intent prospects
Represent ChiroUp at conferences, seminars, and industry events
Turn in-person conversations into booked meetings and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions and pipeline progress
Qualifications
Strong prospecting and business development skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable managing both cold outreach and warm, high-intent leads
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in creating momentum
Willingness to travel ~30–40% for events and conferences
