Job Summary You’ll be the connection between our customers and our team — ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, reliability, and service we’re known for. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, calls, and follow-ups. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support construction, fabrication, and equipment projects. Present and demonstrate company products and services, highlighting key features and benefits. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales agreements. Negotiate pricing and terms to close new business and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with both internal and external customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications College degree from an accredited university Superior computer skills with Word, Excel and internet Have an outgoing sales and customer service personality Strong leadership skills and attention to details Be self-directed and result-oriented Great organizational skills and multi-tasking Good communication skills both written and verbal Territory builder 3+ years of experience in rental distribution / construction sales Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Become an owner in the company you help build and secure your financial future.
