Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence of our Rate Loan Officers across a variety of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This role will involve crafting and executing social media strategies, developing compelling personal branding, producing engaging content, and optimizing performance to enhance our Loan Officers’ digital brand.
Key Responsibilities
Profile Management: Oversee the daily management and optimization of multiple Loan Officer profiles across multiple social media channels.
Brand Development: Strategize and build a compelling social media brand for Loan Officers to increase visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content, including static graphics, Reels, and other multimedia assets.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate in the creation of a social media calendar, aligning content with broader marketing strategies for Loan Officers.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the social media audience, driving interaction through proactive posts and thoughtful responses to comments.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights that inform content strategy and future campaigns.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and impactful.
Training Support: Assist in providing social media training and best practices for Loan Officers to enhance their digital presence.
Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming and executing creative concepts that elevate the Loan Officer brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and management
Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
Proficiency with major social media platforms and apps.
Strong graphic design skills, particularly using Canva.
A passion for social media and a strong interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing.
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
