Construction Superintendent - Tenant Improvements

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on interior commercial construction projects. This role is critical to maintaining schedule, quality, and safety across multiple job sites. Description * Manage daily on-site construction activities and sequencing * Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries * Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures * Track progress against schedule and report to project management * Maintain accurate site documentation and punch lists Profile * 5-10 years of experience as a commercial superintendent * Strong background in interior renovation and TI projects * Proven ability to run multiple subcontractor trades * Solid understanding of schedules, drawings, and field coordination * Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $108,000 to $132,000 annually.
