We are seeking a Senior Superintendent specializing in multifamily construction for an exciting opportunity in South Miami. This role involves overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and schedule. Description Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining the highest quality standards. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
