A well-capitalized national developer is hiring Traveling Superintendents to lead large-scale luxury multifamily projects across the U.S. This role offers full ownership of field execution from early sitework through project closeout, with long-term stability and consistent deal flow. Description * Lead on-site construction from mobilization through closeout * Drive early-phase execution including earthwork, utilities, MEPs, and stormwater * Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control * Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics * Partner closely with Project Managers and report to a Project Executive Profile * Proven superintendent on $50M+ luxury multifamily projects * Experience delivering projects cradle to grave * Deep expertise in front-end construction activities * Open to nationwide travel with no geographic limitations * Strong leadership presence and clear communication style Job Offer * Base salary of $130,000-$160,000, plus performance-based bonuses * $800 monthly vehicle allowance plus company fuel card * Monthly per diem based on permanent residence location * Project milestone bonuses tied to safety, schedule, and financial results MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
