Superintendent Multifamily - Charlotte

A national General Contractor is seeking a local Superintendent to lead ground‑up multifamily construction in the Charlotte market. This role will manage a new 141‑unit project starting June 1st, with full responsibility for field execution and schedule coordination. Client Details A growing general contractor expanding throughout the Carolinas, currently delivering projects in Greenville and Raleigh with additional work expected after the current pipeline. The business maintains steady growth by hiring strong field leaders with reliable tenure and proven local experience.
