Dallas, TX (100% in office) Flatwater Insurance is seeking an Insurance Associate / Account Manager to support and manage insurance programs across a growing real estate development platform. This role goes beyond claims and focuses on

policy management, renewals, and broker/carrier coordination , with the opportunity to grow into a more

independent, ownership-driven position . Key Responsibilities Insurance Program Management Manage

insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements

across multiple entities Maintain accurate policy documentation and tracking Partner with brokers/carriers to ensure appropriate coverage and pricing Broker & Carrier Coordination Serve as a point of contact with brokers and carriers Support renewal process (data gathering, quote review, execution) Assist in optimizing program structure as the company grows Compliance & Certificates Oversee

COIs

and ensure contractual compliance Manage documentation requests and support audits Claims & Reporting (Secondary) Track claims and support improved outcomes Maintain reporting and identify risk trends Partner with Finance on premium tracking and allocations Qualifications 3+ years in insurance, risk management, or brokerage (account manager/associate level) Experience with
