Executive Director, Systematic Credit Trading

As an Executive Director on the systematic credit trading team, you will execute automated trading strategies, portfolio trades, and help develop the broader systematic trading ecosystem. The role will focus on pricing, structuring, and marketing portfolios of bonds, assessing risk models, generating systematic alpha, analyzing P&L data, and improving workflows to make the best real-time risk decisions. We value individuals who are responsible, independent, driven, and able to work in collaboration with the wider team. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The group is globally distributed, so clear written and verbal communication is required. You are also expected to cover a wide range of responsibilities spanning trading, quantitative research, and technology. Job Responsibilities: Price, structure, and market Corporate Bonds and Fixed Income. Cover institutional accounts and make markets. Analyze P&L, pricing decisions, and risk models to identify patterns and revenue opportunities. Constantly evaluate market developments to provide clients and team members accurate product information. Maintain and improve trading systems and tools. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 10y+ experience using systematic strategies to trade Corporate Bond products. Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Thrives under competitive pressures while maintaining focus on client needs. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or other quantitative fields. Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
