Volumetric Sales Manager
The Volumetric Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing volumetric concrete sales across the Austin, San Antonio, and DFW markets. This role will oversee regional sales efforts, manage key customer relationships, support sales representatives, and drive market expansion while ensuring alignment with SRM operational and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage volumetric concrete sales efforts across assigned markets Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other customers Support and provide guidance to Sales Representatives, including pricing and customer strategy Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments Collaborate closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Management to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct jobsite visits and customer meetings as needed Monitor market trends, sales performance, and forecasts Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience; concrete or construction industry preferred Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of volumetric or ready-mix concrete markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly within the Austin, San Antonio, and DFW regions Valid driver's license required About Us:
