Part-Time Business Development Representative Healthcare Staffing (South Texas)
PsyPhyCare provides healthcare staffing services to federal and community facilities. We are expanding in South Texas and need a local business development professional to help us grow. This is a part-time, hourly position with commission. The role focuses on building relationships and generating new staffing contracts in the San Antonio / San Marcos / Karnes County area. Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare staffing. Build relationships with facility administrators, primes, and subcontractors. Make outreach calls, visits, and attend local networking events. Coordinate with recruiters to match candidates with client needs. Track leads and opportunities in CRM. Experience in sales, business development, or account management. Knowledge of the South Texas market. Strong communication and networking skills. Self-starter, comfortable with outreach and follow-up. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Federal Government Proposal Development is a plus. Hourly: $20$30/hour. Commission: Paid on contracts or placements closed. 1020 hours per week, with potential to grow.
